Processing time

Orders are made and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Personalized and custom-size pieces may take slightly longer; we will tell you if so. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. Parcels returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could accept delivery can be reshipped at your cost.
