Using this site

By browsing or ordering from blankmusk.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in [CURRENCY] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We try to describe colours, materials and sizes accurately, but screens vary and paper and wood have natural variation. Minor differences are not defects.

We may correct pricing or description errors at any time. If a pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where we cannot verify payment, or where a personalization request is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

Personalized items

Personalized products are made to your specification. You are responsible for the accuracy of any text, dates, spelling and coordinates you supply. We reproduce what you submit. Because these items cannot be resold, they are not eligible for return except where faulty or damaged — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You confirm that any content you upload or ask us to print is yours to use and does not infringe copyright, trademark or any other right.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay and other payment partners. We do not store your full card details. Your payment is subject to the terms and privacy policy of the payment provider in addition to these terms.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, photography and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute them without written permission. Buying a print grants you a personal, non-commercial right to display it — not ownership of the underlying design.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law
